5th Element PCB

This PCB is a functional analog of the original circuit board for the printed head from flyingbear ghost 5 and 3DiWell 5 Element with mechanical switch and experimental thermal protection.

Developed by 3DiWell company on the basis of the original version with full preservation of the electronic scheme functionality.

Before sending, each board is tested for the correctness of the end control repeatedly.

5th Element PCB TP version has thermal protection to turn the heater off when excessive heat is generated within the printing head. This safety feature halts the temperature climb before it can burn up the printing head. 

Marking board:

Nozzle-main connector

E - heater

HT - thermistor

FAN1 - extruder fan

FANs2,3,4 - blowing the model

THSW - thermal switch (only 5th Element PCB TP version)

Please note that it is not recommended to use heating elements above 24 v 50 W. If you really want to put, you can, but you must control the heating of the main connector on the board.
